I would like to share with you a nationwide project called Bakers Box happening in the Twin Cities for the month of August. This is a collaboration with 18 AAPI pastry chefs and bakers in the Twin Cities area. @withwarmwelcome (With Warm Welcome) is a community grassroots organization that aims to amplify Asian Americans in the culinary community. They have been traveling the country with the newest endeavor, the Bakers Box.

The Bakers Box by With Warm Welcome is a delicious medium to share the stories of talented individuals who are creating their own paths forward in the world of pastry. This box showcases the breadth of both emerging and established Asian American pastry chefs and bakers in a beautiful box. The Bakers Box has featured 252 pastry people amongst the 14 volumes thus far: NYC, LA, Chicago, Boston, Philly, DC, SF, Portland, Seattle, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Detroit, and now the Twin Cities.
