Payment Policy

When do I need to send payment?

Orders must be paid in full via online payment to claim, confirm, and pick up. Payment of any form is no longer accepted at pick up time.

Payments must be made 96 hours (4 days) before pick up date and time, except for tiered cakes and macarons, which payments must be made seven (7) days before pick up date and time.

For flash/pop-up sales, a full payment confirms your order.

I paid for my order, but can’t pick up today?

For flash/pop-up sales, out of respect for all of our customers, a no show during pick up hours will result in forfeit of the order with no refund.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, a 96-hour (4 days) notification before your pick up date and time is required. Any cancellation after 96 hours will result in a forfeit of the order. A refund will not be issued. Store credit is not offered.
